Students & Parents
A Caring Environment
We recognize that every student is unique, and we strive to provide the best education in a caring environment.
We all believe that student learning is our highest priority. To that end, we offer a variety of programs that are tailored to meet the needs of our students. It is our goal and passion to create an environment that will result in the Palo Verde Unified School District providing the best possible education to every student
Myon
It is recommended that every student read every day, and through Myon they have access to a full library at home. When a book has been read, they are able to take a test that will keep track of their Lexile level. Myon uses a scale called “Lexile level” that determines a student’s reading level. Clever at PVUSD

Traffic Rules
Circular drive (Broadway Street) is to be used for drop off of students in the mornings only.
Students are not to be dropped off in the staff parking lot as it is unsafe and creates a bottleneck traffic hazard.
There is no parking in the circular drive or any red zones; you must use designated parking spaces.
